Katie Price fans were upset after they never received the clothes they bought from Depop.

The former supermodel was selling clothes and accessories that she no longer wanted in the fashion market app.

She uses the username @officialkatiepricedepop on the site and has received mostly good reviews.

However, some angry fans have left 1-star reviews complaining that they never received their purchases.

An angry user posted in the comments: “I didn’t receive my item or refund despite receiving a lot of messages to the seller promising a refund, very frustrating considering how much I bought in the last sale!

Another said, “Never received the product nor received any response from seller when trying to solve the problem.”

Three weeks ago, an upset customer commented: “An item never received, never responded to messages, account closed, useless suspended, status should be viewed through PayPal.”

The Mirror has contacted its representative for comment.

The mother of five created her Depop page for the first time at the end of the year in 2020.

Since then, it has sold 2,118 pieces. Her account no longer sells any other items.

A few months after opening her online store, Katie received negative reviews from users who claimed their merchandise was “disappointing” or “stained”.

The TV personality was accused of being “dishonest” in describing the items.

But the person who bought the item said: “I received them today and they are broken!!

Another customer who bought an angel wing shirt for £12 complained: “I just received my item and it doesn’t say in the description it has a fairly large black circle spot and 3 smaller black spots on the back of it…”

At the time, a representative for the star said, “It’s a diverse, environmentally friendly, and less wasteful way for Katie to sell unwanted items, and all items have been photographed with a description.

“Anyone who is not satisfied with your purchase, simply contact the Depop team.”
