Dwayne Park’s Annual Santa Clothes Project Another Joyful Success at Local Walmart – Pasadena Star News

On the morning of Tuesday, December 7, Baldwin Park Unified School, in association with the City of Baldwin Park, hosted their annual Santa Clothes Project.

A total of 416 K-12 students were escorted around a Wal-Mart on Big Dalton Ave in Baldwin Park by volunteer shoppers with an $80 prepaid shopping card for winter clothes.

This was the twenty-fourth year of the event.

Students were selected based on the financial need of the family.

Volunteer shoppers were matched with the students and received information including the student’s name, class, clothing size and shoe size to help them assemble the wardrobe.
