Sir Rod Stewart, 76, shared a beautiful photo of him, his wife Penny Lancaster and their son Alistair in front of a Christmas tree
Sir Rod Stewart was all about mixing the formal with the informal as he posed for Christmas with his wife Penny and their teenage son.
Do you think I’m sexy? The singer, 76, celebrated the holidays with all of his family and took to his Instagram page and stories to give fans a little glimpse into their day.
He shared a sweet photo of himself, his 50-year-old wife Penny, and his 16-year-old son Alistair Stewart standing by the lit tree.
Penny was wearing a blue sequined dress that had a shimmering slit at the thigh. Alastair kept the atmosphere cozy in a simple white sweater, black pants and gray scarf.
Meanwhile, Sir Rudd looked elegant in a brown jacket and trousers, a square waistcoat, a white button-up shirt and a red tie.
Instead of wearing shoes outside, Sir Rudd opted for sheepskin shoes to keep him warm during the festivities.
On Christmas Eve, Penny shared a shot of her and her boys at a different holiday party.
Penny looked stunning with another embroidered number, but this time it was a knee-length black dress. She wore it with simple black heels.
Her 10-year-old sons Alistair and Aiden Patrick Stewart looked elegant in black suits as they posed with their mom.
“My kids are all grown up #birthday #sons,” she captioned the post.
Fans have moved to the comments section to compliment the family and wish them a Merry Christmas.
“Perfect styling like their daddy,” one fan said of the boys’ clothes, while another said, “Beautiful picture of you and your handsome boys! Wishing you a Merry Christmas and a wonderful New Year!”

Sir Rudd recently performed at The Royal Variety Performance last week but fans were less than impressed.

He performed again from his latest album The Tears of Hercules.
Taking to Twitter, one person wrote, “No thanks. I got as far as Rod Stewart and that’s enough. #RoyalVarietyPerformance.”
Another person tweeted: “That was awesome sir! #RoyalVarietyPerformance
A third viewer posted: “@ITV, anyone else with embarrassment from a third party watching Rod Stewart? Please call him Rod, please. #RoyalVarietyPerformance.”
A fourth added, “Rod Stewart….literally I have no words for this #RoyalVarietyPerformance.”
